In partnership with Intercare Centers, group of running bloggers were invited and I was one of them who was fortunate to undergo on a pain-relieving Chiro session in the hands of the practitioners.

It so happens that I am suffering from pain and I think it puffed-up for almost three days in my left leg near my ankle brought by an intense trail run event where I joined three days ago before the session. I consulted my injury because every time I do necessary movements I feel extremely pain.
My Chiro session
Chiropractic is a complementary and alternative medicine health care profession and an approach to healing concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disorders of the neuromusculoskeletal system and the effects of these disorders on general health.
During the session, the assigned chiropractor together with Janice Joy Vivero, PTRP – she is the Clinic Administrative Manager Pilates Instructor explains the cause of my injury, I think it’s insignificant to others but it’s important that every time we feel a little pain don’t neglect it because if we set aside over and over again the small injuries turn to the worst.
“If your muscle tissues are unaligned or not in the normal position it piles up until it becomes scar tissue underneath and eventually it restricts the movement” added by Ms. Janice.
After 20 minutes of informative session, the pain subsided and feels better, unlike before I came at Intercare I almost couldn’t walk. Chiro session plus rest, I am now fully recovered and able to walk nor run properly.
Thanks Intercare for inviting us, especially to Mr. Martin Camara, D.C. the CEO/ Director of Cilinical Services Chiropractic Specialist, I am now more aware in handling minor injuries.
For the RMIT practitioners, We are glad and grateful for choosing the Philippines as one of the destinations of your Chiropractic Mission.
To Ms. Christie, thanks for the injury advices and pain-relieving session. Congratulations in advance future graduate. 😀
