Be informative and progressive runner at ACTIVEHEALTH RUNNER’S SUMMIT

Be informative and progressive in running. Mostly, runners just learned on their own way to become an effective runner, some of us searching references over the internet that will fit for our needs. Like me I’ve never been subjected in any formal trainings or rather attend running clinics since I started to get into running way back year 2011 were in my first distance was 5k, but when the year 2013 came in my mileages and running distances increasing I actually forced myself to learn and be diligent in attending training camps for my benefit, to help improve my running ability and surpass my longest distance I run.And yes! Those trainings help me out and has great contributions in my running passion. It helps me a lot especially the different exercises on how to develop & strengthen our muscles, speed and agility. But more than this, we need to understand & know more to recognize ourselves and our body in the field of running apart from finishing the race & breaking our personal records and this opportunity only happens in the first ever Enervon Activ Unilab Active Health Runner’s Summit this August 17, 2013 at Jose Y. Campos Hall, Bayanihan Center 8008 Pioneer Street, Kapitolyo, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Last July 23, 2013 Tuesday night, I am one of the lucky running bloggers who was invited to find out why we should not miss this summit, the clear objectives, what to expect and importance of different activities and team ULAH’s inspiration of organizing the runner’s summit, no other than…. you – runner. Unilab Active Health Runner’s Summit which was presented by ENERVON ACTIV is a whole day learning program for runners aspiring to progress better through the help of top coaches, sports science experts, and sports nutritionist.Sessions include running physiologies and proper sports nutrition.
