Immuvit Fearless Challenge Trail Run “No Excuses” (Leg 2) is now approaching, two days left!

Have you seen this video of last Immuvit Fearless Challenge Trail Run “No Surrender”? Last leg where I got some wounds, scratches but I enjoyed despite those experiences. Encountered great design of obstacles like mud crawl, log hurdles, military wall, mud wall, etc.

Two days more, a unique test and challenge is waiting for us guys. This coming Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Quezon City Circle were Immuvit Fearless Challenge Trail Run “No Excuses” (Leg 2) scheduled. In leg 2 focused on a Metafit Race? I have no idea about this race but I found this information

Meta-Fit is a four-minute exercise routine that enables one to burn up to 600 calories in just a few minutes of exercise. Doing this form of exercise promotes higher metabolism and energy, stronger bones and lower blood sugar. It consists of fast, short and intense bursts of anaerobic exercises.

The high-intensity cardiovascular exercise combination is a mix of calorie burning, endurance, and strength training. You begin with a five-count 90-degree air squat press, followed by 10 push-ups, then finally with 10 counts of step jumps. You then repeat the process twice or thrice daily for optimum results.

This kind of workout has been scientifically proven to help the body release somatotropin or growth hormones that counters somatopause and the effects of aging.

Somatopause is the weight gain and metabolism slowdown stage that typically happens when one hits his or her late 20s and 30s.

This race is going to be challenging for all the participants :)) and additional excitement on this race there was a two category if you want to challenge by yourself there’s a participant in the individual category but if you want to challenge the camaraderie there’s a team category.
